Partners Expanding with Little Caesars in New York

Suhel Ahmed and Saurabh Desai have carved out a successful multi-unit franchise operation with brands like Dunkin’ and Dave’s Hot Chicken. Now the partners are adding Little Caesars to their portfolio with a 10-unit development agreement with the pizza chain. They will open the restaurants in the Upper Manhattan and Bronx areas of New York by 2026, with the first location opening scheduled for later this year.

“We know how to own and operate a multi-unit franchise business, and we know what brands work in New York City,” said Ahmed. “We chose to franchise with Little Caesars because it has decades of experience as a global pizza chain and because of its recognized value, quality, and convenience that revolutionized the pizza industry.”

Ahmed and Desai are New York City natives who have more than four decades of combined restaurant experience. They know the industry well and own and operate more than 35 Dunkin’ locations and several Dave’s Hot Chicken locations, a brand they inked a 20-unit development agreement with in early 2022.
