Franchise History
As the industry-first sugaring hair removal brand, the concept was founded in 2013 in Birmingham, AL under its original name, LA Bikini. FG Brands, a wellness franchise platform that empowers entrepreneurs through self-care and wellness, acquired the brand in 2025 and officially rebranded it as Bare&Sol.
