About Bellagios Pizza International

Our dough and sauce is made fresh daily in Wilsonville, OR. We use simple, high quality ingredients, no secret added ingredients or preservatives that will compromise our product quality.

Our dough is fresh, never frozen and is created with a special process that gives it that outstanding texture and flavor you have come to know and love.

Our sauce starts out with only the highest quality tomatoes, then we add a special blend of herbs and spices and a couple other simple, high quality ingredients that gives it that special zest and freshness that perfectly complements our dough.

Franchise History

Bellagios Pizza first opened its doors during the summer of 1996 in West Linn, Oregon. The company, founded by Julie Collins and her former business partner, Keith Collins, immediately attracted a loyal following of pizza connoisseurs.  Over the years, Bellagios Pizza has gained a reputation for having the very best pizza in town.
