In 2011 the launch of the Australian Skin Institute gave customers and therapists access to the fresh, preservative free formulations of The Australian Skin Institute professional skincare lines.

In 2019 the Skin and Beauty Training Centre was launched to allow access to online and face to face training to allow both seasoned and new beauty operators access to industry best accredited training.
