As a mission-focused brand, Co-Founders Kyle and Maggie Gordon established community pillars which include fighting hunger, encouraging kids to stay active, building the future, nurturing small businesses and supporting community organizations. Franchise History

Dillas Quesadillas opened its doors in 2013, marking the beginning of the fast-casual restaurant that prepares cooked-to-order Primo Quesadilla meals. Co-founders Kyle and Maggie Gordon brought a fresh concept to the industry by creating a menu centered around an American take on the classic Mexican quesadilla.
