Krave Kobe Burger Grill is a Southern California-based fast casual restaurant that fills a unique role in the restaurant space, challenging burgers to be health- and socially-conscious. All meals at Krave are produced by local independent farmers, raised to the utmost humane standards, and made with all-natural, fresh ingredients.
The idea for Krave Kobe Burger Grill came about in 2013, shortly after Ardy Farokhirad’s mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. During that time, he traveled abroad and began to study the eating habits of those in China, Italy and several other European countries. He quickly discovered that there was more concern and care for what people put in their body abroad than in the United States. He decided there needed to be a place domestically where customers can enjoy affordable, high quality, healthy food. The first Krave Kobe Burger Grill opened later that year in Glendora, California.
