Located at 375 New Ranch Building adjacent to the Holbrook Student Union Building, the restaurant, which officially opened on Nov. 6, is the 19th license Einstein Bros. to open in 2007. The restaurant will offer a selection of Einstein Bros.' famous bagels and shmears, Darn Good Coffee(R), crisp, fresh salads, decadent sweets and eclectic sandwiches made with high quality ingredients.
