Papa Murphy's Pizza Makes Forbes List of Top 20 Brand-Name U.S. Franchises

Take 'n' bake pizza pioneer closes 2010 with over 600 franchise owners and 1,250 stores

In partnership with Robert Bond, publisher of Bond's Franchising Guides and chief executive of the World Franchising Network, a franchise database, Forbes researched the 100 most recognized franchise operators and found 20 that deliver "the best bang for a franchisee's investment buck." Forbes methodology took into account four variables: estimated minimum initial investment; total locations; survival rates; and the number of training hours offered to new franchisees measured against the start-up cost.
