Maui Wowi Hawaiian Participates in Cutting Edge Virtual Trade Show, Hosted by The Entrepreneur’s Source

Maui Wowi Hawaiian Coffees and Smoothies attends their first virtual trade show, bringing the franchise company to the leading edge of virtual technology.

Greenwood Village, CO (PRWEB) March 29, 2012 - Maui Wowi Hawaiian, a gourmet coffee and all-natural fresh fruit smoothie franchise company, has entered an alternate reality by being on the cutting edge of virtual trade shows. Virtual trade shows offer companies an alternative way to engage with prospective franchisees and has emerged as a unique alternative to the traditional trade show exposition. In a world full of electronic communications and social networks, it’s no surprise that more and more corporations are using virtual trade shows to present themselves as a leader in their market and reach a worldwide audience.

Development Coordinator for Maui Wowi Hawaiian, Melissa Shock said, “The virtual trade shows allow for more accessibility for everyone regardless of where they are. It makes it possible for potential franchise buyers to get the benefits of an expo from the comfort of their own homes.”

Maui Wowi recently attended their first virtual show this month that was hosted by The Entrepreneur’s Source and developed by ON24, a cloud-based program that provides virtual environments for companies. The virtual trade show is set up in a similar format to a traditional one; vendors are given their own booth, which they can design to reflect their corporate theme and identity. As visitors entered Maui Wowi’s booth, they were greeted with Hawaiian music and a fun atmosphere that represented the company’s ‘Aloha Spirit.’ Inside the booth, visitors were able to access marketing kits, video presentations, and even a live chat function with Maui Wowi development representatives.

Computerized avatars of people walk around, just as you would see at a live trade show. You can also interact with the vendors and request more information. “The only thing missing from the Maui Wowi booth was our amazing coffee and smoothie samples,” said Shock.

The next physical show will be in Atlanta and will allow vendors to present their products or services in a traditional setting. It will be coupled with a virtual show that will provide more information to interested prospects worldwide. “Our superior products set Maui Wowi apart. It’s great that we are able to give visitors the opportunity to sample our gourmet coffees and fresh fruit smoothies at the physical trade shows, as well as provide people from around the world with detailed information about our franchise system through the virtual format,” said Shock.

Maui Wowi Hawaiian serves all-natural, fresh fruit smoothies and premium Hawaiian coffees. They offer flexible business models, including mobile event units, kiosks, and fixed retail locations that can be found throughout the United States and internationally, with further expansion and franchise opportunities currently available.
