Celebrating 30 years, Maui Wowi Hawaiian Coffees & Smoothies is providing franchisees with three days of informative sessions and tools to help them successfully grow their businesses during its 2012 International Conference “Back to the Future: Success Simplified.”

Greenwood Village, CO (PRWEB) September 15, 2012 - Workshops, seminars, and hands on training will be the focus at the 2012 Maui Wowi Hawaiian International Conference, set to take place October 15-17 in Denver, Colorado. The conference theme is “Back to the Future: Success Simplified” and will also celebrate the Denver based company’s 30 years in business, serving all-natural, fresh fruit smoothies and Hawaiian coffees. The three day event will include general and breakout sessions to give each franchisee a customized experience that will bring more benefit to their individual businesses.

Franchisees will have the opportunity to participate in hands on training, as well as gain expertise and tools that will help motivate and increase effectiveness in day to day operations. Other topics include managing social media, finding event opportunities, and a Barista training and certification class. The international conference will also have an awards ceremony to celebrate and highlight some of the company’s exceptional operators and will conclude with an interactive contest and a final takeaway to lead the company through the next 30 years.
