Forestry Products Firm to be Liquidated at Absolute Auction

Kansas, MO (PRWEB) July 09, 2013 - Due to the closing of a former forestry products company, qualified buyers will have the opportunity to purchase two parcels with a combined total of approximately 22 acres of agriculture land and a commercial building in Suffolk, Va. The acreage will be sold in two separate tracts.

Conducted by Barry Cole, auctioneer and broker with United Country – A.B. Cole & Associates, the live auction will take place on-site at 5949 Whaleyville Boulevard in Suffolk. Registration for the event will begin at 11 a.m., and the auction will take place at noon. Additionally, qualified bidders will be able to participate online.

Additionally, this tract features a separate office and scale house, as well as gated ingress/egress and frontage on US 13.

Parcel two rests across Route 13 and adjoins the intersection of Great Fork Road. This approximately 3.363-acre property is mostly wooded and zoned agricultural.

Equipment included in this auction event are a 2008 Volvo Articulating Loader L60F with approximately 2,000 hours of use, bucket, log grappler with forks, enclosed cab with air, LeRoi compressor.
