Newk’s Announces Tender, Juicy Pork Tenderloin Limited Time Menu Additions for Fall 2013

Juicy Pork Tenderloin is Brined for 24 Hours and Hand-Rubbed in Secret Spices

September 16, 2013 // Franchising.com // JACKSON, MISS. - Newk’s Eatery’s, the 58-unit fresh casual restaurant concept known among its loyal following for its culinary-inspired menu, has expanded the fall line to include three distinctly different mouthwatering pork entrees. The new limited time menu offerings – Newk’s PB&Q, The Cuban and the Pork Tenderloin Platter catering menu addition – are being rolled out companywide.

Newk’s PB&Q and The Cuban are made with pork that is hand-rubbed with secret spices and brined on-site for a full 24 hours to create tenderloin that is as juicy as it is tasty. The Newk’s PB&Q is layers of pork tenderloin, bacon, Swiss cheese and Newk’s signature white BBQ sauce. The Cuban is the same succulent pork topped with ham, Swiss, mustard and pickles. The toasted sandwiches are priced $7.50 and $7.75 respectively. Newk’s tender sliced pork tenderloin trays, which include crostini and dipping sauces, are available on the catering menu just in time for football season. The medium, 60-ounce tray serves eight to 10 people and the large, 80-ounce tray serves 12 to 15 people.
