Sebastopol, CA (PRWEB) November 06, 2013 - Saturday, November 10, Sub Zero Ice Cream & Yogurt will open a new store in northern California. Located in Sebastopol, the new liquid nitrogen ice cream store will mark the eighth store to open in California since the company was founded in 2004.
As part of the new Barlow Center in Sebastopol (6760 McKinley Street #110 Sebastopol, CA 95472), Sub Zero introduced its delicious ice cream during the Barlow’s street fair last Saturday with free samples. The ice cream was a hit and owner, Jacki Negri is ready to officially open the store this Sunday, November 10. Customers who come in on the 10th will get $1 off any medium or large ice cream and up to three, free mix-ins for their fast frozen treat.
"I investigated Sub Zero Ice Cream as a franchising opportunity because of the innovative process," said Negri. "You get the maximum amount of flavors without dietary restrictions and that is something our community needs."
The Sebastopol store is a proud sponsor of local farmers in Sonoma County and uses fresh, locally sourced ingredients for many of the ice cream concoctions. Part of the unique Sub Zero process is reducing energy costs. Through our green technique of freezing ice cream, we reduce our carbon footprint and produce the freshest dessert on the market.
"By using liquid nitrogen to freeze our cream, Sub Zero is the most environmentally friendly way to make ice cream," Negri said. "Without machines and freezers, we save a lot of energy and produce delicious, customized ice cream in minutes. Sub Zero truly is the best of both worlds."
The new California store is the 30th Sub Zero store to open in the 10 years the company has been in business. Many more will be built in the coming years as Sub Zero brings the magic of liquid nitrogen ice cream to customers worldwide.
