Dallas, TX (PRWEB) March 24, 2014 - MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes (MOOYAH), a fast-casual, "better burger" chain, is celebrating an iconic element in every MOOYAH restaurant – the Moodle Doodle board. In its Moodle Madness campaign, running March 24 – May 4, 2014, MOOYAH will encourage Guests to utilize their creativity in-restaurant by showcasing their best Moodle Doodle masterpieces. After a fan vote-off on Facebook, the MOOYAH Moodle Madness champion will be awarded $2,500 in cash as well as a donation of $2,500 to the art department of a local school of their choice.
Moodle Madness will complement the brand's larger mission to deliver Guests a unique and positive experience both in-restaurant and online. Each week for the next four weeks, MOOYAH will provide Guests with a fun, open-ended question, which will be communicated in-restaurant and through social and digital channels. To participate, kids and adults will doodle their response to the challenge question on their local Moodle Doodle board. After snapping a photo and uploading it to Facebook.com/MOOYAH using #moodledoodle, they are entered for a chance to win a $50 gift card and the grand prize.
"At MOOYAH, one of our biggest differentiators is the playful, family-friendly experience we deliver to our Guests," said Senior Brand Manager Natalie Anderson. "With this campaign, we wanted to engage with our fans through one of their favorite aspects of our restaurants – our Moodle Doodle board. It's our hope that these drawings will show the fun-loving spirit of MOOYAH on social media, growing our awareness and driving new, like-minded Guests into our restaurants."
To drive awareness and engagement on MOOYAH's social platforms, the brand will be giving away a $50 gift card daily to a random photo entrant through April 20. Starting April 21, Facebook fans will vote on the best doodle response to each Moodle Doodle question. The winners will then advance to the grand prize voting round starting April 28. The grand prize winner will receive a total of $5,000 in cash and prizes, with half of the winnings going toward the art department of the school of the winner's choice.
"A key focus for MOOYAH is being active supporters of the schools and organizations that matter to our Guests," said Anderson. "With this program, we celebrate an in-restaurant activity Guests love and allow them to give back to the schools they love, making it a win-win for our Guests and our brand."
