April 29, 2014 // Franchising.com // LAS VEGAS – Capriotti's Sandwich Shop debuted its newest friend, Robert Cole Turkey last week during Capriotti's 21st birthday party in Las Vegas. Robert Cole Turkey will serve as the growing brand's ambassador at events and openings as well as just spreading the Capriotti's love.
The rapidly expanding brand, which now has over 100 locations nationwide, is quickly developing widespread recognition with the help of the newly unveiled, Robert Cole Turkey. The Capriotti's mascot is one fashionable turkey, sharply dressed in a suit with red sneakers he is sure to appeal to a large spectrum of fans from the young sandwich-lover to the business professional. The company's new mascot is named in the likeness of its most famous sub and a fan-favorite, The Bobbie® made with in-house roasted turkey, homemade stuffing, cranberry sauce and a hint of mayo and the Cole Turkey® made with slow-roasted turkey, provolone cheese, Russian dressing, cole slaw and mayo.
