Teriyaki Madness to Offer signature Teriyaki Bar and Catering

September 29, 2015 // Franchising.com // Denver, Colorado - Teriyaki Madness has launched two new catering services to offer customers of its franchises nationwide a deliciously fresh change of pace for office meetings and parties.

“As the demand for fresh, fast casual Asian food continues to grow, we want to make it easy for our customers to enjoy Teriyaki Madness wherever they are - at work, at home or on the run,” said Teriyaki Madness Marketing Director Kelly Miano.

Miano added that the franchise has received a lot of requests for catering from office workers looking for something less ho-hum than your typical lunch spread and less of a hassle to order.

Teriyaki Madness delivers on both counts offering a signature Teriyaki Bar that includes party trays with a fresh, delicious spread that’s sure to please everyone – from vegetarians to protein lovers. The bar is fully stocked with everything you need to feed 15-20+ people without a lot of advance planning, individual ordering and hassle.

The TMad Teriyaki Bar includes fresh, Pan-Asian flavors and balanced meal choices. The TMad bar includes its made-from-scratch Teriyaki sauce, your choice of two proteins (6-8 oz. per serving), two bases (grains, noodles), stir-fry veggies and a starter such as edemame, eggrolls, pot stickers or Crab Rangoon. And it comes with everything you need - chaffing dishes, fuel and serving utensils.

Teriyaki Madness also is offering catering services geared to parties and events, with a la carte party trays available for pick up with a selection from its full menu. Based on its catering success in a few markets – including catering a few weddings – the franchise concept is launching catering nationwide, with a la carte party trays each serving 15-20 people.
