United Country Real Estate on Track for Record Year in Sales

October Sales Increase 38 Percent from 2016

November 29, 2017 // Franchising.com // KANSAS CITY, Mo. - United Country Real Estate recently announced its franchisees are on track for a record breaking year in 2017. In October alone, the company showed increases of more than 38 percent in sales volume and 39 percent in units sold compared to last year. Sales are up in almost every category for the year with the largest increase being in recreational land sales.

“October was especially exciting because the increase in volume was almost identical to the increase in units sold” said Richard Thompson, vice president of sales for United Country Real Estate. “This means the increase is widely spread and genuine. Occasionally, a few large sales might fall into one month and cause a blip in volume, but when those two categories match that closely it leaves no doubt that the surge is real.”

In 2017, UCRE is also on track for the second-best franchise sales year in their history. Franchise sales are projected to exceed every year except 2007, when the company rolled out their new auction services, which resulted in an initial influx of auction centric franchises. On average, a UCRE franchise sells every four and a half business days in 2017.
