Robeks Caps Off Year Of Success With Franchisee Conference
October 10, 2018 // Franchising.com // Los Angeles, Calif. - Robeks Fresh Juices and Smoothies recently honored the hard work of their franchisees at the company’s second annual Franchise Conference last month in Las Vegas, Nevada. After a year that saw an increase in same store sales, traffic and the launch of several new programs, Robeks hosted their franchisees for a few days of learning and entertainment.
“It was constructive, informative, social and a lot of fun!” said Mark Henriques, owner of the Robeks location in Danbury, Connecticut. “It’s always great seeing other store owners and trading ideas and advice. It was first class all the way. We’re looking forward to coming back next year.” Henriques and his business partner Patrik Kovac are set to open their second Robeks location later this year. The conference saw great attendance and representation from across the country, including markets like Connecticut, Ohio, Florida, Maryland, Washington D.C., Arizona, and Southern California.
The theme of the conference, “Better Together” was felt by all those in attendance. Dawn Jeffries and her husband Chuck own and operate the Robeks in Annapolis, Maryland. More recently, the couple also decided to expand their Robeks footprint and open a second location. “The passion and support coming from the corporate team in the past few years has made such a difference,” added Jeffries. “The conference was absolutely wonderful and is a perfect example of the focus the team has put on supporting the franchisees. We’re in this together and it’s great to feel that.”
The conference featured seminars on various aspects of the business, a Q&A with a panel of franchisees, as well as break out exercises including a “create your own LTO”.
“We were excited to create an environment that would allow our franchisees to interact with each other and have a direct line to the leadership team to discuss business initiatives and provide their feedback,” said David Rawnsley, President of Robeks. “Our team at the corporate office did a great job putting on this event and seeing the smiles on our franchisees’ faces made it all worthwhile.”
