The Lost Cajun Expanding in Greenville; Serves Up Authentic Cajun Flavor in the Community

November 08, 2018 // // COVINGTON, La - The Lost Cajun, a family-friendly restaurant focused on authentic Cajun food and hospitality, continues its expansion in Greenville. The Louisiana-based franchisor has opened its second location in Greenville on November 5, 2018.

The new restaurant - located at 116 N. Main Street - is owned and operated by Clayton Eaddy and his wife Silvia. This is the Eaddy’s second location, with their first located at 3612 Pelham Road. Clayton, who discovered the Lost Cajun while skiing in Colorado, is eager to expand the brand’s presence throughout South Carolina.

“After a long day of skiing, I would look for a down-home meal to warm me up, and I happened to come across The Lost Cajun,” said Clayton. “I absolutely fell in love with the food, the concept and especially the sweet tea. The Lost Cajun is a phenomenal, authentic Cajun concept within the restaurant industry and my wife and I are excited to expand its presence in Greenville.”

Prior to The Lost Cajun, Clayton worked as a general manager for Chick-Fil-A for four years and a Business Consultant for Jimmy Johns for two years. After his experience supporting store openings and training staff, he decided to open up his first The Lost Cajun location.

The Lost Cajun’s menu offers diners a sampling of traditional Cajun fare, including a variety of gumbos - seafood, chicken and sausage and vegetarian. Red beans and rice, fried seafood, crawfish étouffée and lobster bisque also top the menu, as does another Cajun staple, jambalaya. And what Cajun restaurant would be complete without beignets for dessert?

The Lost Cajun further distinguishes itself with a fantastic down-home atmosphere - a true hole-in-the-wall with wooden tables, unique decorations and an expertly crafted playlist of Zydeco music. The open kitchen concept harks back to the wooden counters in Louisiana’s gumbo houses; patrons can watch their food being cooked and hear the courtesy and respect commonly associated with Cajun culture.

“We are excited to see our second restaurant in Greenville, and I am confident it will be as successful and thriving as the first,” said Raymond Griffin, Founder and CEO of The Lost Cajun. “It’s critical to find the right franchise partners who are as passionate about the brand as we are, which is why we couldn’t be more excited about Clayton and Silvia opening their second location. We are incredibly pleased with the following and recognition we’re garnered so far from our loyal fans and can’t wait to reach the same level of acclaim in Greenville.”
