New York’s fresh&co Launches New Winter Menu
Healthy Fast-Casual Restaurant Delights Customers with Unique New Ingredients

On January 8th, fresh&co will begin to roll out its winter menu, consisting of hot pho bowls,
crunchy salads, and savory sandwiches. One of the dishes is the groundbreaking IMPOSSIBLE™ Pho Bowl, made using Impossible™ meatballs, which are completely plantbased, nut-free, and dairy free. fresh&co is the first and only restaurant to utilize the plant-based meat alternative in a pho recipe, pushing culinary boundaries to how the ingredient can be used. In addition to Impossible™ meatballs, The IMPOSSIBLE™ Pho Bowl contains zucchini noodles, organic mint, micro cilantro, green cabbage, scallions, and garnished with a lime wedge. Other items on fresh&co’s new winter menu include the Pho-nominal Zoodle Bowl, Pork Bahn Mi, Shanghai Chicken Salad, and Winter Quinoa Salad.
