Office Evolution Opens Fifth Location in North Carolina Market

Coworking franchisor opens second location in Greensboro-High Point area

November 14, 2019 // Franchising.com // Louisville, Colo. - Office Evolution, the largest coworking franchisor in the U.S., continues its expansion in North Carolina by opening its newest office space in High Point. The location opened on October 23.

Located at 3980 Premier Drive, the 6,760 square-foot center is operated by Peggy Barron-Antolin. The new office space will provide High Point business owners with access to 26 offices and two conference rooms. This will be Barron-Antolin’s second of three planned Office Evolution spaces. Her first location opened in December of 2017 in Greensboro and she is eyeing other cities in the Triad area for her third location, which she hopes to open within the next few years.

“High Point is an up-and-coming city with a blossoming small business community,” stated Barron-Antolin. “I truly feel that Office Evolution can help these local businesses take their operations to the next level and help them reach their goals. Before becoming an Office Evolution location owner, Barron-Antolin spent over 30 years in the engineering field. She most recently worked as a program manager for Ecolab and has leadership and management experience from her lead engineering positions at Goodyear Tire and Rubber. Barron-Antolin’s Greensboro Office Evolution location has provided her with a wealth of knowledge to help her better serve small business owners and independent employers.
