Silvercrest Launches Local Store Marketing Tracking Augmentation To Their Proprietary Local Marketing Automation Platform (LMap)
New LSM Tracking Tool tracks spending regardless of whether it is spent via Silvercrest’s LMap, simplifying tracking for brands and solidifying Silvercrest’s hegemony as the only platform to combine all brands' marketing technology needs with one source.

With the launch of the newest development to LMap, Silvercrest has become the only platform that allows brands to track franchisee Local Store Marketing (LSM) spending regardless of whether the purchases are placed via Silvercrest’s LMap portal.
Anything purchased by franchisees via LMap is tracked, however, now a new data entry platform enables locations to upload other spending, such as sponsorships or social media influencers, into a tracking tool so all of their spending is captured against their programmatically-allotted budget, in one cloud-based location. Designed especially for Franchise Brands, corporate managers can then review uploaded spending and either approve or reject it for attribution to Franchise Disclosure Document’s (FDD) required LSM spending. No other platform provides a tracking mechanism for spending beyond what is placed through their own portal. Unlike most of Silvercrest’s LMap, which does not charge ongoing platform fees with a guaranteed minimum overall spend, the LSM Spending Tracker does have a monthly fee given that it is a tracking and not transaction software. However, if brands meet spending minimums of the platform, this fee is waived.
