Scott & Jennifer Long Bring TruBlue Total House Care Franchise to Sugar Land

TruBlue Total House Care franchisees offer handyman and cleaning services, senior home safety assessments and services, light remodels and more.

SUGAR LAND, TEXAS (PRWEB) January 04, 2021 - TruBlue Total House Care announced its launch of their new professional house care company - TruBlue Total House Care of Sugar Land. TruBlue of Sugar Land serves Sugar Land, New Territory, First Colony, Greatwood and the surrounding areas.

“TruBlue is a one-call-does-it-all solution for all of your house care needs, from handyman repairs to cleaning to renovations and more. We opened this business because, between work, school, scouts and other commitments, finding the time to do regular maintenance was challenging and knowing who to call for what was even harder. TruBlue is a locally-owned, nationally-backed company that’s built on the understanding that families, seniors and busy professionals would like to be able to call - and trust - one company with all of their house care needs. We are here to help and be a resource,” Scott said.

Clients looking for dependable, high-quality, individual services can hire TruBlue for handyman repairs, cleaning services, yard work, seasonal services and minor home renovations. TruBlue also works with homeowners, realtors and rental property owners who need to get homes move-in ready quickly and keep them maintained as well as business clients.

TruBlue also offers a suite of senior-focused services, including the ability to do Senior Home Safety Assessments, make age-friendly renovations and offer House Care Plus, a regular service program that can help seniors enjoy the comforts and convenience of owning a home without worrying about the maintenance hassles.

“We know what it’s like to try to care for your own home and help your loved ones age in place, whether they live five minutes away or 500 miles away. We are dealing with that with our own families and are doing our best to coordinate with siblings, but it’s hard to make sure you’re doing the right thing,” Jennifer said. “With TruBlue, you can work with one company to make sure the entire home is cared for in a way that ensures your family members are in a safe, comfortable home while protecting the value of the house itself.”

Scott and Jennifer have been Houston-area residents for the last 15 years. Jennifer, who earned her degree in art history from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, has been in public education for 20 years as a high school social studies teacher and curriculum specialist. Scott has a 30-year career in sales and marketing with a BBA in insurance and risk management from the University of Houston Downtown. They are the proud parents of four kids, two dogs and a cat.

“I was diagnosed with cancer a year ago and, while I’m now cancer free, it changed my perspective. As we paused to think about what we wanted to do next, we knew we wanted to own our own business. We decided to launch TruBlue of Sugar Land because it was an opportunity to build a legacy for our family while providing a much-needed service and giving back to the community,” Jennifer said.
