GoNoodle Teams Up with Jersey Mike’s to Get Kids Moving

Jersey Mike’s Joins Forces with GoNoodle to Create Good Energy at Home and in the Classroom

January 12, 2021 // Franchising.com // NASHVILLE, Tenn. - GoNoodle and Jersey Mike’s Subs have teamed up this semester to bring good energy to kids during a tough time by helping to deliver GoNoodle content to kids, parents, and teachers across the country. The partnership will also focus on supporting the incredible parents and teachers across the country who are finding creative ways to educate and engage with their students during this challenging school year.

“Now more than ever, parents and educators of elementary school-age children, both at home and in school, are looking for ways to keep kids motivated, activated, and engaged,” said Rich Hope, Chief Marketing Officer, Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems, Inc. “Our partnership with GoNoodle, already a trusted resource in 80 percent of elementary schools nationwide, aligns with our mission to make a difference in people’s lives and is designed to bring added comfort, fun, and good energy to teachers, kids, and their families during an uncertain time.”

Through the remainder of the school year, GoNoodle’s popular Blazer Fresh channel will be powered by Jersey Mike’s. Blazer Fresh, a hip-hop loving trio, gets kids moving with memorable rhymes and dance numbers. With songs specially chosen for both their ability to promote kinesthetic learning and for their curricular value, Blazer Fresh shows kids that knowledge is cool and that being smart is worth celebrating.

In addition to sponsoring the Blazer Fresh channel, Jersey Mike’s will work with GoNoodle to create coloring sheets and activities for parents and teachers to share with kids in school or at home to take the experience off the screen. Each activity will include a special offer to be used at any Jersey Mike’s across the country.

“We’re all seeing in the news, on social media, and firsthand how difficult it is for kids, families, and teachers to create new routines during this trying time,” said KC Estenson, CEO of GoNoodle. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to partner with Jersey Mike’s in our shared efforts to create more moments of joy, good energy, and relief in homes and classrooms - real or virtual - this year through activities for kids and deals for the grown-ups  who love them.”
