Keeping Pace with Rising Demand, Office Evolution Makes its First Move into Madison

Rapidly growing coworking provider signs lease for first Wisconsin location

January 27, 2021 // Franchising.com // Madison, WI - Office Evolution - the largest provider of locally owned and operated coworking locations in the United States - is expanding in the Midwest with its first Wisconsin location. Located at 2921 Landmark Place in Madison, the new 9,944 square foot location will provide businesses and remote workers with access to 55 private offices and 2 conference rooms. The new location will be owned by Madison residents Keith and Rhonda Kometer, and is slated to open in Fall of 2021.

“There are tens of thousands of people who are working remotely and are seeking a place where they can get work done in a safe and convenient environment,” stated Rhonda. “We are excited to be able to provide businesses and solopreneurs throughout the Madison area with access to a professional workspace where they can network, collaborate, and innovate to continue to drive their business forward.”

Office Evolution’s steady growth is fueled by the increased demand for flexible, close-to-home coworking office space. Throughout the pandemic, businesses of all sizes have turned toward flexible workspace close-to-home as a solution to the traditional office setting, especially as they seek to avoid being entangled in expensive leases for traditional office space. As employers realize that remote working is resulting in more productive employees, businesses are tapping in to coworking spaces to provide employees with a safe and collaborative environment that is closer to home.

Since the start of the pandemic, Office Evolution has been open, providing members with a clean and safe environment to get work done and drive their businesses forward. Office Evolution’s commitment to business continuity for its members has helped forge a strong sense of loyalty from its members.

“2021 is the year of the flexible workspace, and as businesses continue to shift to more hybrid work models, there is no going back to the traditional office model,” stated Chief Marketing and Development Officer Andrea Pirrotti-Dranchak. “Proof of this is our climb up in Entrepreneur’s 2021 Franchise 500 rankings for our growth and we look forward to more Office Evolution locations in new markets this year. Dedicated franchise partners like Keith and Rhonda who are driven to making a difference in their local business community continue to help us extend our network and service more members, and we cannot wait to see the positive impact they have on the Madison business ecosystem.”
