Philadelphia Natives Invest in Facility Solutions Company to Serve Greater Philadelphia and Surrounding Counties

The McGinns have more than 30 years of experience in business development, operations and client services. From 1986 to 2018, Joe Jr. was the owner and operator of a security service company with a portfolio of clients spanning across various industries. When the security guard company was sold in 2018, Joe III decided to pursue a career in development for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia while Joe Jr. remained in the security industry as they began to look for a business venture that fit their professional backgrounds.

Staying true to City Wide Facility Solutions’ business model, the McGinns will save clients time and solve their problems by easing the vendor selection and facility solutions management processes through the utilization of a single point of contact for all services. This ensures a consistent, consolidated and simplified approach for each client, while also maximizing the effectiveness of each service provided.
