Cinch I.T. Kicks Off First Half of 2021 with Impressive Growth

Computer support brand continues its growth throughout the rest of 2021

July 07, 2021 // Franchising.com // WORCESTER, Mass. - Cinch I.T.  has started the first half of 2021 with tremendous success. The brand has expanded across the country in the last six months and has no plans for slowing down anytime soon. While many businesses have been navigating the technical issues of remote working, Cinch I.T. has provided their support services faster than most in-house I.T. departments.

Cinch I.T. kicked off the year on an impressive win, as the brand was voted the 2021 Top I.T. Service Provider by Worcester Business Journal readers for the fourth year in a row. Living up to its ranking, Cinch I.T. has recently opened new locations in Georgia and Michigan. The I.T. service provider has signed two development deals that bring additional support to Georgia, along with supporting Southern Utah for the first time.

As businesses continue the shift between hybrid and remote working Cinch I.T.’s “secret sauce” - a centralized support system that handles around 80-90% of the support calls and help tickets has helped them retain customers and grow through the pandemic. This system, called Cinch Central, provides franchisees and clients’ access to a support system of over 40 team members and I.T. technicians, which gives Cinch I.T. an edge over in-house I.T. technicians who are struggling to keep up with demand and the increase in help tickets. Cinch Central enables franchisees to focus on what matters most - growing their business.

“This past year showed businesses how important the need for a fast and reliable I.T. service provider is and we were lucky enough to expand our brand into new territories to increase our support services as many companies halted their expansion plans,” stated Rick Porter, President of Cinch I.T.

As Cinch I.T. expands its footprint, the brand strives to make community impact a focus and support local charities. As a result, Cinch I.T. has organized the 100 Mile Ruck March Challenge to raise money for Why Me & Sherry’s House. The 100 Mile Ruck March Challenge is a four-day event from July 22 to July 25 in Worcester, where local business owners hike 25 miles a day and camp out at nearby breweries each night.

Cinch I.T. provides remote and on-site computer support. The services offered include I.T. support plans, network security, backup/disaster recovery, cloud computing, cybersecurity software, tech consulting and more. The brand’s hands-on approach offers centralized client support, tech consulting, 24/7 network and hardware monitoring, hardware and software sales and distribution, and centralized billing so that each franchisee is set up for growth and success.
