Transblue® Enters New Era of Growth with Multiple Developments in the Pipeline

Construction, Sales and Project Management Concept Is Attracting New Franchisees with Its Compelling Scalability and Earning Potential

July 14, 2021 // Franchising.com // SEATTLE - Transblue®, a construction, sales and project management concept in the $1.25 trillion-dollar construction industry, is building an exciting turnkey opportunity for aspiring franchisees as the company enters a new era of growth.

Leveraging 65-plus collective years of general contracting expertise with 16 locations open and two more in development, Transblue announced its plans to open 30-35 new franchise locations by year-end. The franchisor’s goal comes on the heels of a record-breaking 2020, as the company launched 13 new franchise locations throughout California, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Texas, Virginia and its headquartered state of Washington, proving the concept’s resilience.

“Transblue’s commitment to integrity and ‘sky’s the limit’ attitude have been the fundamental building blocks for our growth as a brand,” said David Wescott, founder and CEO of Transblue. “Since our inception in 2004, we’ve had a strong focus on scalability and innovation."

Making impressive headway on its development goals, Transblue most recently awarded a franchise location to Jonathan Dalrymple, who is opening an office in New Orleans this summer. In the months ahead, the brand is also adding locations to the map in Newport Beach, Calif. and Scottsdale, Ariz.

When reflecting on these recent developments, Transblue Director of Franchise Development Vince Ortiz points to a number of benefits that are resonating with investors including an asset-light business model, large untapped territories and an Average Unit Volume of $1,748,503*.

“Enthusiasm about Transblue’s growth potential continues to build internally and with every franchisee that joins our team,” said Ortiz. “Franchisee satisfaction is at an all-time high as we prioritize innovative operations and add resources to further support each local office and the high-revenue projects they’re managing. By adding our collaborative ‘Call Blue’ Call Center, for example, our franchise owners are spending less time on setting appointments with client leads and more time on team-building, engaging with current clients and serving as expert Transblue brand ambassadors. With developments happening across the board, there’s never been a more exciting time to be a part of Transblue.”

Transblue continues to serve a diverse clientele, with Wells Fargo, Starbucks and Walmart among its impressive roster of facility management partnerships. Through it all, Transblue has also partnered with local charities, non-profits and church organizations, honoring their commitment to give back by improving the communities they serve.

Setting themselves apart in the industry and living up to their motto of “Outdoor Projects Simplified”, Transblue recently established a partnership with the Bounding Elk Design Department, which provides detailed 3D and 2D drawing packages to help Transblue clients better envision their end design. This time-saving tool has been extremely useful to franchisees and acts as a strong differentiator among competitors. Beyond having access to innovative vendor partners, Transblue franchisees receive extensive training utilizing an ongoing support infrastructure and are nurtured by various stakeholders dedicated to helping them succeed.
