New Master Franchisee Robert McKeown Set to Lead Palm Beach Area

PALM BEACH, FLA. (PRWEB) July 15, 2021 - Stratus Building Solutions, the nation’s leading green commercial cleaning franchise, is welcoming a new master franchisee in a major Florida market. Robert McKeown agreed to a master franchise deal this Spring to take ownership of the Palm Beach County area, working with unit franchise locations from communities from Vero Beach to Pompano Beach.

“I’m thrilled to join Stratus Building Solutions and continue growing the brand,” said McKeown of his new endeavor. “There were several factors that attracted me to the company. McKeown, a Kentucky native who has lived and worked in New York for nearly three decades, will now oversee roughly three dozen existing Stratus Building Solutions locations. He brings a wealth of experience in sales and marketing, as well as small business ownership experience in wholesale food equipment. McKeown said his decision was based on a combination of factors including both the business model and opportunities in a new region, allowing him to still own and direct his business in New York but hand off day-to-day operations in order to focus on his new venture with Stratus Building Solutions.

“The business model matters and when this opportunity came available, I knew it was right,” he said. “The unit franchisees are investing in their own livelihoods and take their businesses seriously. They do quality work for quality accounts here, and that’s a perfect situation. It came down to the best business opportunity and best location. This is it.”

McKeown’s tenure with Stratus Building Solutions began effective June 1. His first several weeks taking over operations showed Stratus Building Solutions corporate office in Los Angeles what success lies ahead in Florida.
