Perspire Sauna Studio Signs Agreement to Open 6 New Studios in Phoenix Area
Growth for Infrared Sauna Franchise Continues to Heat Up with Upcoming Debut in the Suburbs of Phoenix

These deals mark the debut of the brand in Arizona with the first studio slated to open the first weekend of February 2022 in Gilbert.
Behind one signed agreement to bring locations to the southeast suburbs of Phoenix are local entrepreneurs Steve and Dodie Bell, who are no strangers to the entrepreneurial world in Phoenix. The Bell’s have spent more than 25 years in the marketing industry working as the founders and CEOs of their print, promo and marketing company, Tag Media+Ink based in the Phoenix area. As part of their multi-unit agreement, the Bell’s first studio in Gilbert is currently under construction at 4865 S Higley Road.
“We’re no strangers to physical activity and mindfulness. But we were new to infrared saunas, and after having our first session almost a year ago now, we are thrilled to bring this holistic approach to wellness – physical and mental – to everyone in the Phoenix community,” says Steve Bell. “It only took us a few months in 2020 to fall in love with this unique concept and now we can’t wait to share the benefits of 40-minute, uninterrupted sauna sessions, with our community.”
A second new franchisee in the market is Maureen Rzeppa, who’s spent roughly 20 years in the finance industry working as a managing partner, where she served as the CFO and COO for a wealth management firm. Rzeppa's retirement from the firm marked the start of her entrepreneurial career. She's always had a passion for wellness and given Perspire’s business model and the benefits of infrared saunas she decided this would be a great new concept to bring to the Phoenix market and the community. As part of Rzeppa’s agreement, she plans to open 3 studios in the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley markets.

In addition to the six studios coming to the Phoenix area, Perspire has signed dozens of franchise agreements nationwide. The company currently has 19 franchise locations open and is on track to have 21 studios operating by the end of 2021.
