Transblue Celebrates Monumental 2021 Milestones
Construction and Project Management Concept Forges Ahead in 2022 With New Growth Goals
January 20, 2022 // Franchising.com // SEATTLE - Transblue® is reflecting on noteworthy 2021 milestones and looking forward to a strong 2022 in terms of franchise growth.
In September of last year, Transblue was awarded Walmart’s 2021 Grounds Maintenance Exterior Services Award - becoming the retailer’s official snow deicing and removal partner for all winter services throughout 2021 and 2022. The brand also received the Grounds Maintenance SOW Contract, which includes landscaping and parking lot sweeping trades for more than 100 Walmart locations across the country.
Now 100% franchise owned, Transblue has plans to add up to 30 new franchisees to their proven general contracting system by year-end. The company’s goal comes on the heels of a monumental 2021, as the brand launched 10 new franchise locations nationwide in California, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Texas, Washington and most recently Connecticut.

Transblue is entering the new year with upcoming openings in Raleigh, N.C. and Boulder, Colo. These locations are scheduled to open in the first three months of the year.
In addition to the brand’s growth goals, philanthropy is an integral component of Transblue’s business model. Through its partnership with mBridge Global, a nonprofit that delivers resources to deserving organizations, Transblue sponsored Solid Rock Mission in Uganda and hosted several faith-based summer camps for thousands of children and teens. The corporate team was also able to plant trees and deliver emergency food packages to nearly 100 families in Nepal after the country was hit with devasting floods. These incredible acts of service allowed Transblue to be named the third largest philanthropic provider among small businesses in its headquartered state of Washington.
With 120+ years of combined industry experience, Transblue prides itself on its unique client-focused approach. CEO Dave Wescott started the business in 2004 with one lawnmower and molded the company into the world-class general contracting company that it is today.
