Ned Carpenter Brings Passion for Coaching to New Growth Coach Franchise

NEWMARKET, N.H. (PRWEB) March 03, 2022 - Ned Carpenter has always been in the business of helping companies succeed. Whether his title was district manager, sales manager or general manager - it’s always been about finding ways to build the top and bottom line while improving management from the top down and bottom up. Now he’s excited to announce that he’s putting those skills to a new use as the owner of his own business and sales coaching company - The Growth Coach of Southern New Hampshire.

The Growth Coach offers leadership training and one-on-one coaching for sales professionals, managers, management teams, self-employed professionals and more. Their approach follows three industry-leading series - their Foundational Series, Fundamental Series and Fast Forward Series. Carpenter works with clients in Southern New Hampshire from the seacoast to Manchester.

“I always wanted to be a coach. It started with wanting to coach athletes and grew into working with business owners and company leaders. Being a coach means helping people take an honest look at themselves, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and then working together to coach up the weaknesses and capitalize on the strengths. I’m passionate about that process and I’m looking forward to using my experience to improve the lives and businesses of the people in my community,” Carpenter said.

As a Growth Coach, Carpenter is certified in The Strategic Mindset coaching process, which adheres to the standards, practices and policies that the International Coaching Federation has outlined in their Code of Professional Standards and Ethics. The company’s landmark Strategic Mindset Process© is so effective that it comes with a money-back guarantee.

Carpenter earned his bachelor’s degree at Plymouth State University with plans to coach athletes, which meant landing a job at a local high school. He loved working with the students, but the classroom was too rigid, so he switched gears and took a job with Genuine Parts Company/NAPA Auto Parts. He started in sales, grew into management before working his way to senior level field management positions as distribution Sales Manager in several different operations and as District Manager running NAPA’s company owned stores in the Maine District. He has since worked as Regional Sales Manager for Brenntag Lubricants and for the past couple years as General Manager for Aramark Refreshment Services running the New England Region.

“I have 30 years of experience in retail sales, management and leadership and, during the vast majority of that time, I was heavily involved with helping individual business owners grow their businesses. I helped them train employees, coach managers, hire, track inventory, set pricing and more. I’ve touched everything that goes into building a successful business. Now I’m excited to take that experience to a new level as a Growth Coach,” Carpenter said.
