It’s Crunch Time: Bonchon Opens New Location in Skokie; First Fast Casual Bonchon Location in the Market

Popular U.S.-Based Korean Fried Chicken Restaurant Gives Skokie the Opportunity to Crunch Out Loud

The wildly popular restaurant, known for its crispy, hand-brushed Korean fried chicken, has announced a new opening at 5237 West Touhy Ave. The location owned and operated by Zia Ghani, will officially open on September 26th. Bonchon is on a rapid growth trajectory in Illinois with another location opening in Aurora in October and Tinley Park before the end of the year, as well as recently signed a lease for an upcoming location in Melrose Park.

For those who want to explore the variety that Bonchon’s menu has to offer, dine-in, takeaway and delivery will be offered to customers. The grand opening event will take place on September 26th, offering the first 50 guests in line free, three-piece drums.

Hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. – 9:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.
