Businessman Awarded Five Amazing Lash Studio Franchises in Virginia

Sanjay Patel, a former electrical engineer turned entrepreneur, signed an area development agreement and the first franchise agreement to add five Amazing Lash Studio locations to his existing franchise portfolio, which includes restaurants, hotels, convenience stores and gas stations.

Patel plans to open the first Virginia Beach, Virginia, location in February 2023.

“This purchase is part of our diversification and is a reflection of how the trends are changing as far as the beauty industry right now,” he said. “The Amazing Lash Studio brand is unique and offers something different in our area. It’s the category leader and has so much growth potential.”

Patel said the multiple brands under the WellBiz Brands portfolio made the deal for the Amazing Lash Studio units enticing.

Patel’s partner, Falguni Amin, will oversee the operations of the five studios. Patel said Amin has broad knowledge of the beauty industry, having worked in it for 25 years.
