Minnesota Natives Sign Multi-Unit Agreement with National Coffee Brand

The expansion into the towns about an hour north of Minneapolis is the result of a three-unit franchise agreement signed by Stephanie and Christopher Ewals. The Ewals are no strangers to franchising, having run a truck accessory franchise for years. On a visit to Washington state, they noticed the many coffee kiosks in the area and thought about opening one back home in Minnesota. “Rather than trying to figure out everything on our own, we decided to franchise with Scooter’s Coffee instead,” said Stephanie. “It’s such a great business model that we knew we’d be successful.”
