Wings Etc. Testing 2 New Sweet And Tangy BBQ Sauces In 4 Locations

Three Wings Etc. locations in Indiana and one in Boiling Springs, South Carolina, will serve at test sites for two new Wings Etc. sauces

January 05, 2023 // // FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Wings Etc. Grill & Pub is looking to add to their selection of signature sauces by testing “Honey BBQ” and “Chipotle Peach BBQ” in the first quarter of 2023. The new sauces will be exclusive to three Indiana locations - Terre Haute North, Terre Haute South, and Brazil - as well as their Boiling Springs, South Carolina, location. The new sauces are also part of the restaurant’s popular “Food Fight” contest, where guests age 21 and older are invited to try the sauces and vote online for a chance to win a $100 Wings Etc. gift card.*

Currently, Wings Etc. offers 18 signature sauces and rubs. Honey BBQ and Chipotle Peach BBQ both feature a sweet and tangy flavor, with the latter sauce falling on the spicier end of the two options.

“Wings Etc. already has a wide range of sauces for people to enjoy, but we’re always looking to expand our flavors,” said Wings Etc. CEO Rob Hensmann. “These two new sauces offer hints of sweetness to our already popular BBQ option and tested very well with our culinary team.”

The two new sauces will be tested in Terre Haute and Brazil, Indiana, and Boiling Springs, South Carolina, through March 6.

For a limited time, “Honey BBQ” and “Chipotle Peach BBQ” are also part of Wings Etc.’s continued Food Fight Battle, where guests can choose between their favorite of the two. The new Food Fight also features Wings Etc.’s “Freak Out” cocktail (which can be ordered non-alcohol) and leading light beers such as Michelob Ultra and Blue Moon Light Sky.

* See contest details at all participating Wings Etc. locations starting 12/26/2022.
