Family-friendly Wing Franchise Invites All to Try Sweet Kickin’ Polynesian, Maple Bourbon and Teriyaki Cajun and Vote their Favorite – Winning Flavor Gets Added to the Brand’s Menu as Part of National Guest & Employee Contest

April 25, 2023 // Franchising.com // WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - East Coast Wings + Grill (ECW+G) has introduced three new wing flavors. Available at all East Coast Wings + Grill locations for a limited time only until May 31, new wing flavors include – Sweet Kickin’ Polynesian, Maple Bourbon and Teriyaki Cajun.

Sweet Kickin’ Polynesian - Sweet Asian sauce with honey mustard and hints of BBQ and sriracha
Maple Bourbon - Aged bourbon with hints of maple sugar
Teriyaki Cajun - Teriyaki flavoring with hints of Cajun, garlic and red peppers

“These three new, mouth-watering flavors were developed as part of a national contest launched across East Coast Wings + Grill, asking guests and employees to submit a new wing flavor and ingredients,” said Whitney Mann, Senior Vice-President of Operations for East Coast Wings + Grill. “We received more than 150 submissions, and then narrowed the proposed flavors down to three after several rounds of internal review from our restaurant operators and corporate teams.”

Guests who order any of the three wing flavors from April 18 to May 31 will be asked to complete a survey about the flavors to vote for their favorite and get their feedback. Based on the survey results, a grand prize-winning wing flavor will be selected, it will get added to the East Coast Wings + Grill menu permanently, and the individual who submitted the flavor will be awarded with a $5,000 prize (with $2,500 to them and $2,500 to a local charity of choice).
