Yorba Linda Welcomes New Handel's Homemade Ice Cream, Grand Opening May 11

YORBA LINDA, CA, May 04, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ - The newest Handel's Homemade Ice Cream is coming to Southern California and it's a family affair! Jeff and Jenn Manassero along with Jason Schaniel are bringing the #1 ice cream on the planet to Yorba Linda, CA. The new Handel's is located at 18210 Yorba Linda Blvd., Yorba Linda, CA 92886 and will be hosting a grand opening celebration on Thursday, May 11, 2023. The first 100 guests will receive Free Ice Cream For a Year, plus there will be other chances for winning with a prize wheel and other fun.

"Handel's ice cream is our kids' favorite treat, so we're delighted to be able to bring this beloved brand and its high quality products to our community," said Jenn Manassero, Co-owner of the Yorba Linda Handel's Homemade Ice Cream. "We have tons of friends and family in the area. It is a great place to live and needs more great places to eat and have fun. Our new shop is conveniently located and will be a perfect addition to Yorba Linda."

The Yorba Linda Handel's will be led by franchise partners Jeff and Jenn Manassero along with Jenn's brother, Jason Schaniel. Jeff Manassero grew up in the surrounding area and his family has been in the Placentia and Yorba Linda area for more than 100 years, owners of local favorite Manassero Farms. Prior to Handel's, Jenn Manassero was a practicing criminal trial attorney before she decided to take a hiatus from practicing law to stay home with their three young kids. Jason Schaniel brings a professional background of managing a consulting group in the aerospace industry, operations management in the hospitality industry, and is a licensed Orange County Realtor.

"Growing up, I played baseball in Orange County and have many great memories celebrating with teammates and family after big game wins over ice cream. I'm excited to work with my family and to be part of a brand that serves the best ice cream on the planet," said Jason Schaniel, Co-owner of the Yorba Linda Handel's Homemade Ice Cream.

The Yorba Linda Handel's will feature local flavors including Black Cherry, Buckeye, Coffee Chocolate Chip, Graham Central Station, Oree-Dough, Salty Caramel Truffle, and more. The location will also offer pickup, delivery, and catering.

The Yorba Linda store will be open daily from 11 a.m to 10 p.m.

Handel's Homemade Ice Cream has been in the business of making and selling fresh ice cream since 1945. Founded in Youngstown, Ohio by Alice Handel, the company continues the sweet legacy she established from her backyard garden, using fresh ingredients and upholding a commitment to quality. Each batch of Handel's ice cream is made fresh daily, using Alice's original methods and recipes. There are 48 flavors available daily and more than 150 flavors that rotate seasonally.
