AtWork Celebrates Sixth Year as a Top Franchise by Franchise Business Review

January 25, 2024 // Franchising.com // KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - AtWork is entering the new year with another top franchise recognition. For the sixth consecutive year, AtWork was included in Franchise Business Review’s Top 200 Franchise ranking. AtWork ranked No. 34 of the Top 50 midsize franchises. The rankings are based on independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction and performance.

“It is an honor to be ranked on this list, a true reflection of the hard work and commitment of our AtWork franchise team,” said Jason Leverant, COO and President of AtWork.

AtWork helps place professionals into administrative, light-industrial, accounting and finance, hospitality, and management-level positions at some of the nation’s largest and most recognizable companies. At the same time, AtWork supplies businesses with workforce solutions. Whether temporary or permanent positions, AtWork finds the perfect fit for both its talent and small businesses.

Franchise Business Review provides rankings and awards for franchise companies based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. Franchise Business Review publishes its rankings of the top 200 franchises in its annual Guide to Today’s Top Franchises.

The Knoxville-based staffing franchise was one of the brands, representing franchise owners, who participated in Franchise Business Review’s research. AtWork franchisees were asked questions about their experience and satisfaction in the areas of the franchise system’s training, support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity.

“Franchisee satisfaction continues to be the leading indicator of franchise performance and system health, and we are pleased to report that our latest research shows satisfaction has remained at some of the highest levels in the past 19 years,” said Michelle Rowan, President and COO of Franchise Business Review.
