The Honey Baked Ham Company® Inks Latest Deal to Bring New Location to Charlottesville, Virginia

February 02, 2024 // Franchising.com // CHARLOTTESVILLE Va. - The Honey Baked Ham Company® recently announced its latest signed agreement with local entrepreneur, Chang Heng Juan. The deal will bring a new location to Charlottesville and is slated to open before the end of the year.

As a first-generation immigrant from Taiwan, Chang Heng is eager to tap into his entrepreneurial spirit and jump into ownership with Honey Baked. Before this venture, Chang Heng was responsible for training new employees to their fullest potential and franchisees with another popular brand in the industry, while also managing store-level operations across Northern Virginia.

“I knew Honey Baked was the perfect choice for me to grow alongside as their guest-first approach aligned with my own values,” said Juan. “I’m thrilled to open this upcoming location and spread more HoneyBaked happiness throughout Charlottesville.”

The concept features multiple revenue streams for operators highlighting the diverse products offered between lunch and dinner.
