The Big Biscuit® Ramps Up Springtime Celebration Season

April 10, 2024 // // PRAIRIE VILLAGE , KS - As the springtime celebration season kicks off with graduations, showers, teacher appreciation events, professional gatherings, team meetings, family get-togethers, Mother’s Day, and BFF brunch dates, the Bigger Better Breakfast Bundle from The Big Biscuit® makes entertaining for any size crowd effortless.

The Bigger Better Breakfast Bundle serves 8-10 people. It includes eight of The Big Biscuit’s famous flaky, oversized biscuits, a quart of sausage gravy, eight hand-pattied sausages, and 16 strips of premium bacon. Add a Biscuits & Gravy Bundle with eight more biscuits and sausage gravy. Continue building your bundle with sweet add-ons, including a half-dozen Sticky Biscuits loaded with raisins, cranberries, and pecans or a half-dozen signature Bonuts. Add-ons include savory breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, fresh fruit (bananas, strawberries, grapes), and fresh-brewed coffee or orange juice.

“The Bigger Better Breakfast Bundle, which we launched in 2022, has proved to be a hit with families, offices, and large group orders because it is an easy way to serve something for everyone,” said The Big Biscuit President Chad Offerdahl. “Guests love the convenience of ordering ready-to-serve breakfast. We’re known for saying, ‘Don’t Mess with Breakfast,’ and the bundles extend that idea of breakfast made easy.”

All Big Biscuit locations in Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma offer The Bigger Better Breakfast Bundle. For orders under $175, guests can order the same day or up to two weeks in advance. Advance ordering is required for orders over $175 and may not be available on weekends. Both ordering options may be limited on some holidays.

The Big Biscuit elevates the guest experience by emphasizing top-quality comfort food freshly prepared with a twist, like the Bonut, a buttermilk biscuit dipped in French toast batter and fried to perfection and tossed in powdered sugar. The Big Biscuit’s Bonut is an alternative to the donut and is available with add-on specialty toppings.

The Big Biscuit’s menu also features oversized buttermilk biscuits with sausage gravy, omelets, and griddled classics like pancakes, French toast, and egg Benedicts. The Big Scram-Bowl is a modern interpretation of a traditional omelet with eggs, ham, mushrooms, and cheddar. The Alamo is an overstuffed breakfast burrito featuring eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, jalapeño peppers, and a chipotle cream sauce smothered with jack and cheddar cheese and salsa. A guest favorite is Jim’s Platter, a classic breakfast featuring two hand-cracked eggs, a buttermilk biscuit with sausage gravy, and breakfast potatoes. Lunch items like half-pound fresh beef burgers, 24-hour brined fried chicken, and salads are also popular with diners.

Dishes are served in generous portions in a welcoming, family-friendly, and inclusive atmosphere.

Headquartered in Prairie Village, The Big Biscuit has restaurants throughout Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.

The Big Biscuit restaurants are open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., closing only on Thanksgiving and Christmas. At select locations Monday through Friday, private rooms are available for meetings and gatherings at no charge.
