Minuteman Press in Spokane Valley, WA Announces Merger with 27-Year Shop Berreth Thomas Printing

Combined Company to Operate as Minuteman Press, Spokane Valley

April 12, 2024 // Franchising.com // Minuteman Press, Spokane Valley has announced a merger with 27-year Spokane Valley staple Berreth Thomas Printing. The transition date is April 25, 2024 and the company will continue operating as Minuteman Press, Spokane Valley. The shop is located at 10020 E Montgomery Drive, Spokane Valley, WA 99026.

Berreth Thomas Printing is owned by Kent Berreth. On the merger with Minuteman Press, Kent shares, “We have been truly honored to serve our clients in Spokane Valley for the past 27 years and are grateful for the many wonderful client relationships we’ve built along the way! Effective April 25, 2024, Berreth Thomas Printing will be merging with Minuteman Press, Spokane Valley.”

Kent continues, “We are confident that the same product support and customer care our clients have come to expect from our team over the years will go on uninterrupted thanks to Troy Bise and the team at Minuteman Press. Our clients are in great hands with the Minuteman Press, Spokane Valley team.”
