Bar Louie Launches Deliciously Innovative New Menu

April 16, 2024 // // DALLAS - Bar Louie is proud to unveil its revamped menu featuring a wide variety of new drink and culinary innovations and showcasing its commitment to serving up the very best for guests.

Now available systemwide, the updated menu features new beverages including the Spicy Watermelon Fresca and the refreshing Wake Up Call Martini, which was created by Elyse Perez named Bar Louie’s “Most Valuable Bartender” of 2023. Elyse joined the brand in 2015 as a server in Center Valley, PA. She quickly advanced up the rankings and later transferred to Tempe, AZ. In 2023 she was chosen to represent the region in the MVB program where she competed against seven bartenders from across the country for the ultimate title. Her creativity, flavor, presentation, and ability to articulate her cocktail's ingredients set her apart, winning her the cocktail portion and securing the overall win. Elyse's achievement highlights the importance of the MVB program to Bar Louie, aligning with the brand's "bar first" mentality critical to its culture.

In addition are new dishes such as the Kickin’ Fried Chicken Sandwich, Truffle Crunch Burger and The Big Louie burger. Guests looking for a mouthwatering challenge will love the massive Big Louie burger stacked high with two 8-oz. patties, and promises to satisfy even the largest appetites.
