Sylvan Learning Welcomes New Franchise Owners in Florida

June 05, 2024 // Franchising.com // BALTIMORE - Sylvan Learning awarded a new territory in Tradition, Florida to Rachelle and William Cintron.

Rachelle has worked as an elementary school teacher for 25 years, and William has spent the same amount of time in the information technology industry. The couple discovered Sylvan’s franchise opportunity when Rachelle decided to make a transition out of the classroom.

“I’m excited for this next chapter of my career in education, and it’s a bonus to work alongside my husband,” said Rachelle. “We’re impressed with Sylvan’s personalized tutoring approach, and our goal is to help every student that walks through our doors be more successful and confident in the classroom.”

William will support all of the technical aspects of the business while Rachelle will serve as the center director.

Sylvan Learning has been producing results for students for more than four decades. Now, as students and educators nationwide work to close the gap from pandemic-related learning loss, its resources are in more demand than ever. Similarly, more educators than ever are exploring business ownership with the brand to provide personalized educational support to their communities.
