A jury of judges evaluated the innovation, objectives, and results of more than 150 entrants. Franchise innovators, game-changers, and disruptors competed in four categories: Marketing & Branding, Products & Services, Operations, and Human Resources. Twenty-two winners were chosen from among the four categories.

The MOOYAH Rewards app has redefined customer engagement and loyalty through its innovative features. These strategic updates have driven significant growth, including a 107% increase in weekly app sign-ups and a 22% jump in weekly app transactions. Notably, the brand experienced a 535% increase in ad engagement compared to the previous year, showcasing the effectiveness of these strategies in capturing potential customers' attention and driving engagement.
