Fazoli’s Adds New Tortellini Entrees and Combos for Limited-Time

September 11, 2024 // Franchising.com // LOS ANGELES – Fazoli’s is kicking off the start of fall with three new limited-time entrees, Creamy Tortellini Bake, Three Meat Tortellini and the Spaghetti and Tortellini Pasta Duo. Cinnamon Swirl Breadstick Bites, a fan-favorite, will also return to the menu. Guests can dig into the new offerings through the New Year at participating locations.

Fazoli’s Creamy Tortellini Bake is a hearty serving of tortellini pasta filled with Swiss, Ricotta, and Parmesan cheeses, covered in creamy marinara Rosé sauce. The pasta is baked with another layer of Mozzarella and Provolone cheese, then topped with Parmesan and Italian herbs for an extra kick of cheesiness and flavor. Three Meat Tortellini is filled with Swiss, Ricotta, and Parmesan cheeses, covered in a hearty meat sauce then topped with Italian sausage and crispy bacon. To complete the dish, it is then baked with Mozzarella, Provolone, and Cheddar cheeses and dusted with Parmesan Cheese and Italian herbs. Both new dishes, as always, are served with the brand’s signature free, freshly baked breadsticks.
