The “We Know” campaign showcases how consumers benefit from working with a Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate affiliated agent for knowledge about the real estate buying and selling experience and an understanding of how people enjoy and engage with their homes.

The campaign launched with a one-minute brand video, showcasing the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate affiliated agent’s expertise in trends and understanding of the real estate buying experience. The video concludes with the brand’s new tagline, ‘Nobody Knows Homes Better SM .’

Details

  • The advertising effort begins by reaching U.S. consumers via Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate’s access to consumers through its Dotdash Meredith partnership. This includes a two-page spread in the October issue of Better Homes & Gardens magazine along with online assets. 
  • Affiliated agents and brokerages have access to numerous campaign materials, including social media graphics, posters and videos.
  • A series of “We Know” campaign assets include:
    • Image of firepit outside a home with the copy, “We know what makes a firepit the perfect night out” followed by the “Nobody Knows Homes Better. tagline.
    • Image of a foyer with the copy, “We know what makes a first impression out a foyer” followed by the tagline.
    • Image of a backyard, “We know what makes a garden an eden” followed by the tagline.
