Franchise History

The founders of Party Plus commenced providing party hire equipment, balloons and partyware to the suburbs of Perth, Western Australia in 1989. Starting as a small home-based party hire business, within six months they had expanded and purchased another party hire business. They relocated to larger premises and began supplying helium filled balloons and napkins, as well as party hire equipment.
