Headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colorado, Payroll Vault Franchising provides payroll support and small business success. Since its launch in 2012, Payroll Vault Franchising's clients realize the immense value of the service as a business. 

Franchise History

Sean Manning, CPA purchased and began expanding his CPA firm, Manning & Company in 1999. Beginning 2008, Manning identified the growing need for payroll services in other CPA firms and small businesses and decided to brand his payroll division, calling it Payroll Vault. People appreciated the results that Sean and his team were providing with payroll services which lead to his next step; Payroll Vault Franchising. In September 2012 he sold his first Payroll Vault Franchise office in Ft. Collins. The growth of his companies also required to expand to another building, (while maintaining Manning & Co and Payroll Vault operations in the Littleton, CO office), he purchased a building in the Denver Tech Center area in the fall of 2015 to house his franchising team. The new location is called My Franchise Hub at Axis Business Center. My Franchise Hub is a professional community of a collective of Franchisors, Franchisees, and related vendors that range from legal to promotional to franchise consulting services. It allows groups of professionals to participate in a collaborative environment that provides training, networking, and value access to its members.
