The brand has also worked hard on the operations side to create a system that is proven and simple to execute, particularly in the kitchen. Kent says he used his background in catering to work alongside his team to set up the brand’s kitchens for maximum efficiency.
“There are a number of ingredients that can be prepackaged for quicker preparation, but freshness and quality are never sacrificed,” he says. For example, all the ingredients for the brand’s signature pizza dough are preassembled in a unique kit that can quickly and efficiently be made by employees. “These preparation strategies are easy to train, easy to follow, easy to execute and always maintain the standard of quality we expect.”
More than a half dozen dedicated training teams are on hand to help train and prepare every new Blaze Pizza for opening. “We are available to any of our franchisees 24 hours a day,” says Kent. “They all have our cell phone numbers.” That’s just one of the many ways the brand demonstrates its dedication to its franchisees and their ultimate success.
